Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
1- 2 days to fill an order.
Once the package has been posted, shipping within Sweden usually takes 2-3 business days
International shipping usually takes 2-6 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes but right now we are only shipping within the European Union, & North America. Note: we are not responsible for any custom fees that you may receive.

Returns & Unclaimed Packages
Can I arrange a return?
Yes of course.
If for some reason your product is damaged upon arrival, we will issue a refund and also refund the shipping costs to return the damaged item back to us.
For clothing, if needed, we are happy to make an exchange if there is a sizing issue.
If you are not satisfied with your return and wish to send it back, we will offer a refund.
Please note: We do not refund shipping costs for exchanges or returns.
To ensure that your return is successful, we first ask that you please contact us before making the return.
The item/s must be in new condition in orginal packaging with any tags still attached.
Make sure the the Return Card included in your package is filled out and put back into the package.
The item/s must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

What happens when package is not collected?
In the case of unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 200 sek for our handling the cost of the order and return shipment.
